Payment, cancellation and refund policy: Prepayment is required for all lessons at the time of booking. Thereafter you may change your lesson to another date/time provided 48 hours notice is given. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or non-attendance for whatever reason. No refunds will be issued for unused vouchers. No refunds will be given after 30 days and credit will only sit on the account for a year before it is automatically deleted.
